Default Frequently switched compact fluorescents

Just noticed in Viking's latest catalogue - compact fluorescents with the
claim that they are not affected by frequent switching. I had been under
the impression that only a few (e.g. Genura) are immune to degradation from
frequent switching. So, have Viking found some special ones that are
different? Or is Viking's claim misleading?

The make appears to be Platino, based in Stonebridge Park. Strangely,
Viking show a spiral model whereas Platino's website does not show any such
model, nor do they claim anything special about frequent switching.
