Default Air in hot tapwater coming from combi boiler

When I turn a hot tap on, I immediately get some air pockets
sputtering and blasting out. After a minute or two it settles down and
the water flows through without noticeable air. The water from the
cold taps doesn't have any air, so I can only assume that the problem
is within the combi boiler. Anone suggest what might be causing it?

Thank you

Dave L
