Default Extract fan, electronics help.

Fan has stopped working.
I have checked mains input (1) and thats ok
Power at output to fan (2) appears ok.
Disconnected fan /motor (3) and connected briefly to mains and that runs ok.

So issue appears to be between input and output.
Likely cause and how to check, I have multimeter but only ever use for
mains.
