A Stelrad radiator that I obtained from Plumbnation at the beginning
of December last year was too big, and heavy, for me to diy install, so it went into the garage until I could get someone to plumb it in, which took two months. During the installation, the plumbers pointed out damage to the top plate, caused in transit, so I emailed Plumbnation to ask about a replacement. Expecting them to say that I should have claimed at the time of delivery I wasn't surprised that my email didn't get a reply. A replacement top plate arrived this morning. |
