Default Rubbish metal back boxes

Doing a rewire with steel conduit for the drops.

Now what sort of a company puts the 25mm knockouts at different levels
on the 1g and 2g sockets so that whey you link them with a bush and
coupler they are 5mm out of level?

Same make of boxes? Can't be got round by turning one upside down?
