shower gone kerput
looking for recommendations for standard electric shower (not power)
around 10kw B&Q have a Gainsborough 10.5kw reduced to £90, but any others similar value I should consider (and where from) ? thanks Les |

We had a 7.5KW one in our house and was straightforward to fit. I think they were around £70 - £80 though the old gray matter's not what it used to be. Worth giving them a phone though. FWIW, I thought the Wickes ones looked a bit more solid than the gainsborough ones (though the plastic did break on ours after 6 months and needed a good dob of glue to sort it out). HTH, Leigh |
