Default uk.gov emergency text message

The bbc news this morning suggested that the government long since
abandoned means of sending everyone a text message to stay in due to the
CV, would be implemented. So far, only one person I know has received
the message. I haven't received one - has anyone else got one.

I haven't, but I know one person who did receive it.

This morning my phone has marked the "UK Gov" message as suspected spam.

Does google's cloud do background analysis of how many people receive
identical text messages?

The phone didn't immediately mark it as suspicious, only overnight, I
could imagine google sending a hash of messages back to the mothership,
then if they see a sufficient number of phones receive the same message,
they mark it ...
