Figures suggest that the traffic in London is a greater danger

No they dont with death.

The most recent figures available for RTC deaths in London are from
2017, when there were 131 deaths. That is very similar to the total
number of murders in London in 2018, which comes to 135, but only 76 of
those were he victims of knife crime and a further 15 were shot.

The problem with those numbers is that the RTC deaths are for
the whole of london and the other ones are for a subset of london.

Nope. Both cover the same London Boroughs.

I meant that the murders arent evenly distributed around the london
boroughs.

"Shot (with crossbow)"

Golly.

The biggest threat to humanity comes from socialism, which has utterly
diverted our attention away from what really matters to our existential
survival, to indulging in navel gazing and faux moral investigations
into what the world ought to be, whilst we fail utterly to deal with
what it actually is.

Easier to get hold of than a gun, if you are not in a gang. That one was
a domestic dispute and a GP in Watford was also shot with a crossbow a
couple of months ago by a disgruntled patient.

Bloody longbow has got a lot going for it! Was over in a very nice beach
resort in Kenya many years ago go was quite amused that the security
guards had bows and arrows rather than guns.

However when I started discussing it with him he said that the bow and
arrow was quiet so you could shoot someone and not disturb the guests!

With that he loosed one of to a nearby hanging coconut and then put one
in a nearby tree and said now you go pull that out and it was well into
the tree would have done quite a bit of damage to the human frame!

The coconut was very nice tho and we did give him his arrow back!..
