I don't recall it saying anything about bills, payments, etc. Nope. And like a good legal contract, it sets a time limit if negotiations are not completed. If there is no deal we are out after 2 years anyway. Unles ALL parties UNANIMOUSLY agree to keep on talking. It amazes me how many people simply cannot grasp this simple point. -- bert |
