Default Kinetico water softener 2020c

Does anyone have one of these? I have one but need to change the regeneration disk from a 5 to a higher number as the water here is very very hard and the softener isnt getting enough limescale out.

Or, does anyone know what the difference is between disks? Can they be modified to regenerate sooner?

Cheers peeps,

Steve

They say speak to your dealer wh9 sold it you. I dont know when or from whom I bought it from now as been a few years, maybe 5. Also, its now located with me in France and my French isnt great, they will want to come out..... ぎぎぎぎ

I cant buy disks to increased frequency of regens from them direct either.
