The head Honcho of Spain is a plonker and obviously knows nothing about
public relations. after all its only going to make things worse all the ways
he tried to stop them. He only had to say, its not binding but we would like
to add some questions to the ballot as well. I'm sure you can think what
might happen, and they would still appear ok to the rest of the world.
