From this man? https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2011/...tes-sentencing You really think the UK judiciary is independent? https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2011/...-system-emails Your experiences down under are very different. When were you last in the UK? on this planet? would be more appropriate. Well, wherever he is he's certainly blinkered to the existence of published email instructions for magistrates. Didnt come from the PM as you claimed, you pathetic excuse for a bull**** artist. Are you suggesting the civil servant in question acted without authority? I am saying you lied thru your ****ing teeth when you claimed that the PM ordered the magistrates to **** over arseholes like that one. And who does the civil servant take instruction from? Not from the PM when he's civil servant running the judicial system https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Separation_of_powers In which case you would have read there is a Ministry of Justice and the Lord Chancellor currently serves in the position of Secretary of State for Justice. Next you'll be claiming the Principal Secretary of State for Justice is not a Cabinet position. Unlike other countries, the UK has blurred lines between the judiciary and politicians. You have already denied the Sentencing Council sets tariffs and that is is obliged to consult with Parliament. What are you next going to deny? |
