Are you talking about property prices or the cost of care and for what type of care as there are a few levels, did you know there;s a differnce between care homes and nursing homes ?

I have seen retirement flats that have been on sale for as little a 5 grand,
and others that are 800 grand (that's out in the suburbs/country prices, not
central London)

The market is very much a mix of rip-off management companies selling to the
naive downsizer, and realistic resale of an empty, unneeded, property
