You can do just "not now", like I did.

Not in my case, I block "random ****" from the
facebook/twitter/disqus/pinterest domains, such as in this case the script

Which will be the reason that the "not now" element is not clickable for
me, what's wrong with an actual html link/button, why does something
that simple need javascript?

I'd imagine so they can track it.
