That last bit gives the lie to Turnip's continual assertion that
the EU is very left wing. If it were, why would it allow a left
wing government to fail by imposing right wing policies?

It hasn’t imposed right wing policys, ALL it has done is tell Greece
that it will have to pay for what its govt chooses to do and won't
have the EU keep bailing them out while ever they have a much
more generous pension system and don’t bother to force those
who are legally obliged to pay taxes to do that etc. Nothing right
wing about that.

But then Turnip doesn't know his left from his right.

You clearly don’t either.

And the Syriza govt didn’t fail either, its still the
govt, it just had to do what the EU demanded
if it wanted the EU to bail it out, again.

It had the option to leave the eurozone and chose not to do that.

That is a small part of what Greece has been forced to
do if it wants any more bailout money from the EU.
