Default More on Sainsbury's parking domes (Spalding)

Still no ticket. Yesterday I read the notices yet again and it then
dawned on me that the Sainsbury's car park staff ONLY come out when
there's an overstayer! They DON'T routinely note down the number plate
of every vehicle entering a specific bay. (They couldn't keep pace on
a busy Saturday anyway.) The notice states that the domes are there to
time when a vehicle has exceeded the 2 hours, which I didn't, either
the first time or the second time or even if you add the two together.

This explains why I see so few car park attendants in the Sainsbury's
at Spalding, as most people don't park for anything like 2 hours.

Or when people like abuse the car park
