Torbec cistern filling valve
I have replaced ball valve on cistern with torbec filling valve but when new valve fills water spurts out of the part where the arm attaches and cistern does not fill properly. If i turn the cold tap on for a couple of seconds at the bath then off it fills normally. Any ideas what is causing this?
