OT; Groan
I pay my PLI monthly, about £10. Got the renewal with a form to sign for
the credit agreement saying I could sign it online. Went online, entered the agreement number DXXXXXXCTO, got an error message - no details - just an error message. Called them, went through 5 stages of "press 1 for, press 2 for" each with at least 4 options. Finally got to speak to a human. "Oh, this happens all the time" she said.
