Default GET/MK grid - compatible?

Hiya,

Anyone happen to know if GET Ultimate grid modules are interchangeable
with MK ones?

Got a load of GET switches in grid format (to allow for mix of dimmer
and switch modules).

However the GET push button 2 way capable dimmer is a leading edge
dimmer and may not be so good with LED lamps.

Danlers do a trailing edge module:

with slave capability, but sell 3 versions: MK style, Crabtree style and
Euromodule.

Yes I did try ringing them, but between the 16 year old in sales and the
clueless woman who knew less about electrics than my dead budgie they
seems to be able to answer even basic questions.
