Default OT - PDF converter/editor

I have to send one sheet of a credit card statement to an insurance
company.
I can download the complete statement as a PDF but I don't want to send it
all.
Now, I'm sure that one program I've used (on PC or Android tablet) has an
option to save a PDF as a Word file.
However I can't find it at the moment.

Slow way is to print one page and then scan it.
However I would like q quicker way in future.

There are some web based converters, but strangely I am reluctant to
upload my credit card statement to a web site for conversion.

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Dave R
