Default Garage roller shutter door

Sons had a alutech electric roller shutter door installed. The fitters
disappeared after being paid. The door can be pulled up about 3'.

Any one know of any fitting instructions or knowledge of the lock straps
which seem to be loose in this case?

My real point was that, like many suppliers these days, they seem to
have a lot of manuals (both user and installer) on-line. Have you
checked that they *don't* list roller shutters somewhere?
