Default Sub C NiMh cells - reliable source?

I've re-celled a few DeWalt 18v in the last year and without exception they
have not performed. This is probably due to me being a cheapskate and
getting Chinese cells of eBay.

Anyone know of a good source of Sub C cells in the 2200mAh - 4000mAh
capacity range? RS do them but at a heck of a price (cheapskate again!)
