Please could someone clarify what is meant by this:

3/4" male iron x 22mm bent/elbow

It's an elbow with one end for connection to 22mm tube the other is a male
3/4" BSP fitting for screwing into a female 3/4" fitting. It will probably
be a compression fitting for 22mm.

A 90 degree connector with a 3/4" BSP male thread on one end, and a
socket for 22mm copper pipe on the other.
