Why is it racist?
I have witnessed similar things myself. They seem to work on many
occasions.
You are just a fathead, ignorant, PC socialist/liberal that likes to
ignore facts.
I thought you would surface with your drivel.

The actual events portrayed are not in themselves racist, and I am in no
position to evaluate their effectiveness. But as you are well aware the
title given translates immediately to the USA and a deeply racist faction.

But we are not in the USA, dope. I don't give a toss how the septics
interpret a phrase or expression.

I am so glad you realise that most of us are not in the USA.
Congratulations.

To be perfectly honest, I don't give a toss whether you do, or do not,
care how septics interpret a phrase or expression.

What's interesting is that there is no film of Europeans doing this sort
of thing. Of course the reason is that European thought and civilisation
left this sort of primitive nonsense behind about 500 years ago, long
before cinematography was invented.
This reveals a basic truth about sub-Saharan Africa, which is the people
there remained primitive savages until Europeans came along and
attempted to civilise them. This wasn't entirely successful of course.
The British Empire withdrew long before the Africans could be expected
to manage their own affairs. This explains why Africa now has so many
dictatorships and so much corruption, and why the people are still
living in starvation conditions. There was just no tradition or culture
of democracy and fair play. You couldn't expect anything else really.
The absurd thing is that we are now expected to pretend that these
savages are our equals. But of course a few of their ilk are. These are
the ones that have escaped from their environment and have adopted
western standards. Many of these individuals have arrived in western
countries as well-trained professionals, and (maybe because they have a
good perspective on the values of civilisation) tend to be more
civilised than the indigenous people of their adopted countries. Is it
just me or are African doctors kinder and more perceptive than British ones?
Of course, these thoughts are strictly infra-dig. No-one would be
allowed say what I've just said on the BBC! Ha! Perish the thought! As
far as the BBC is concerned cannibals munching the freshly boiled corpse
of a random Israeli and dancing round waving his bones would be (a)
politically correct (b) deeply satisfying (c) maybe a new idea for
'Strikly' (as they pronounce it) (d) maybe a new food idea for 'Saturday
Kitchen'.

Well not exactly the same thing but we have our own quack remedies.
Homeopathy, crystal therapy, colonic irrigation etc. etc. We just dress
ours up in pseudoscience but essentially it's no different.
