Default Hoover (Candy) DF967 Heater

Follow up to earlier thread.

I removed the control board and saw what appeared to be signs of heating
and possibly a dry joint at the connections to a relay. However, No
improvement. Still no power to the heater.

Any recommendations for a decent Dishwasher at less than £300 (Not Miele!)
Simple - good layout - likely to last 5 - 10 years.

I had bought this Hoover mainly because I liked the way the stainless steel
interior wrapped around the front of the frame of the door!

Contradictory requirements there, I think.

Bought a Siemens. It seems okay. Had a good feature where I could turn off
the Salt and Rinse warning lights if I am using tablets.

Bosch seems to be the choice these days for minimising TCO. I'd expect more than 5 from a dishwasher, and probaly more than 10.
