The IP address in the headers show it as coming from Bangladesh.
The company being advertised is in the UK.

I already sent them a complaint last night using their web response
form. Anonymously, as I CBA to enter into a correspondence. I included
the exact text of the spam that they presumably submitted themselves

I agree they probably entered into this in good faith, the problem for
them being that posts like those into newsgroups like these inevitably
result in derogatory followups being posted, that their potential
customers will see, making the exercise worthless.

If you CBA, send them the Google Groups link to this thread.
