Default Nice turn of phrase.

Sent an e mail to a well known tool specialist, asking about a small
table saw;

"Can you remove the guard & riving knife so that you can cut rebates
with this machine?"

The reply;

"The riving knife and guard can be removed for cleaning and maintenance
without disabling the machine..."

I take that as meaning "We're not suggesting anything like that sir because
you'll cut your fingers off and sue us, we can only advise that you can
remove the equipment to gain access for cleaning and maintenance obviously
with the power turned off and at your own risk"

I can imagine the fun beginning if you followed the advice of removing the
safety equipment before use, dying from blood loss, your family then suing
them for the wrong advice etc.

I reckon you should give it to Mr A R Wadsworth to "Train" apprentices
on.....
