Horstmann Central Heating Programmer - Holiday Setting
DT 10RF
Can someone advise (today please) When setting "Holiday Mode" do you leave the cursor on the "Hol" position - or cycle it back to "Auto"? (Assumption being it reverts by itself after the holiday period) Regards John |

(Assumption being it reverts by itself after the holiday period) Regards John Dunno - what does the book of words say? On Honeywell programmable stats (which are the only ones I know) there is a slide switch for Auto/Manual/Off etc., (which you leave in the Auto position) and a separate button which you press for Holiday Mode. For the duration of the holiday, the heating is effectively off - but the frost stat (hopefully not needed this time of year) still operates if required. -- Cheers, Roger ____________ Please reply to Newsgroup. Whilst email address is valid, it is seldom checked. |
