garage frame fixings - into brick or mortar?
The holes are indeed a right pain when fixing into walls. My original house seems to be entirely build out of bricks without frogs or holes. Certainly the old kitchen I demolished was. They were marked "Leamington Brick Co." When I built the extension I aimed to fill the 3 holes with mortar to help with fixings.
With the size of some holes you see, you could use hollow wall fixings ;-) Simon. |
