Default Do I need to board over Celotex being used for storage in loft?

I have a section of my loft which I use for storage, nothing
particularly heavy just the usual bits and bobs.
I am going to put 100mm celotex/Kingspan down for insulation and was
wondering if I need to put any board on top?
