Default New Build Planning

Bit of a random question this one but im sure someone on here may be
able to help. I am currently looking into the idea of designing and
building my own house. Now I am a complete novice with this type of
thing and I am trying to get a little bit of info on what rules and
regulations there are for a href="http://www.justaskdino.com"new
build planning/a. I can only imagine how much many avenues I am
going to have to go down, but any helpful hints or information would
be greatly appreciated. Plus it will get the other half off my back!

Ummm - was I wrong to dismiss the OP as merely trying to get a site
further up the pecking order in search engines? After all, why would
the OP ask for advice if s/he already knows about a site which offers
"a completely cost free question & answer service that will guide you
through the construction maze"? Or is it that it doesn't deliver on
those claims? In other words, that s/he found www.justaskdino.com is
bloody useless?

The main feature of the site is a picture of a house, and if you click,
it gives a one paragraph summary that says nothing useful. Worth what
they charge, I reckon.

ICBA digging any further, as I have been on payafortune 3G all day. The
OP may, of course, have been fishing for opinions about the site, but as
he hasn't replied, and it looks like a throwaway e-mail addres, I fear
you may be right.
