Want to improve the environmental sustainability of your organisation?
Wondering if there is more to it than simply recycling paper? Need
help putting your good ideas into practice?

This thought provoking training day is designed to help you to gain a
detailed understanding of the issues surrounding environmental
sustainability and develop a meaningful action plan that will have a

environmental policy in the workplace.

transport and purchasing choices and making a positive impact on your
local environment.
6) How to review your current performance – environmental target
setting and methods for monitoring your improvements.

staff, external partners and funders realise the significance of your
improvements.

Without going into the pros and cons of this event, why do the
organisers assume that this type of restricted food menu will be of
any interest to the attending audience?

It seems to suggest that the whole thing will be the usual Eco-Rant
about Killin' The Planet.

Perhaps the menu isn't as restricted as you think. Non-vegetarian
options might also be available, but you have to pay extra for them.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember Talk Action
saying something like:

A practical and comprehensive training day to help your organisation
make real efficiency savings, engage with staff and stakeholders and
improve the environmental impact of your workplace.

Eff off with your tree-shagging nonsense.

And what if I want a burger made from a critically endangered tarsier
that was beaten to death with a baby seal?

I can't imagine it would taste any worse than roast swan in dolphin gravy

I once had pike mousse in crayfish bisque in a Michelin 4 star restaurant

It was vile.

I had Civet of wild boar in a no-star restaurant in Auxerre yesterday.
It was delicious. I'd have had the pike, had I known what the French for
pike was or if I had used Google Translate a little earlier than I did.

Since Auxerre is about the limit of my driving ability from Italy to
France these days, I'm trying to find a decent hotel there. Not managed
that so far, but the restaurants are brilliant.
