I think we have "Beeny labour figures". She quoted the average re-roof
in the UK as £20,000 and the house (admittedly 16 room, valleys, large
roof) as £50,000-60,000. That might include "all new rafters, wall
plate, scaffold & 80,000 cups of tea".
