OT; You couldn't make it up...
Working in Rochester High Street this afternoon, three doors down is a
really good deli owned by a nice lady. Great looking sausage rolls. "I'll have one of those, could you warm it up for me"? Apparently not. In order to serve 'hot' food she would have to have a different licence from the council & the premises wouldn't qualify for it. The lady has been cooking for a family for 30 years + but isn't allowed to stick a sausage roll in a microwave. The world has gone mad. -- Dave - The Medway Handyman www.medwayhandyman.co.uk |
