It is just a lot of cables - tidy, would not make it any easier to
fault find. You just tug a cable and see what moves at the other end or
use a contactless cable tracer.

I seem to remember some rule in the IET book about clipped
direct horizontal runs being supported more frequently than two
metres....

So this should fail inspection, and given that it is in a hotel, they
should probably be closed down until it's fixed.

Did you shop them? Or just fix it - a big cable tie perhaps?
