The opposite of The Old Fellows tidy wiring. Found in the cellar of a local

It is just a lot of cables - tidy, would not make it any easier to fault find. I seem to remember some rule in the IET book about clipped direct horizontal runs being supported more frequently than two metres.... So this should fail inspection, and given that it is in a hotel, they should probably be closed down until it's fixed. Did you shop them? Or just fix it - a big cable tie perhaps? R. |
