Default joist hangers on top course

Can anyone post me a link to a joist hanger that can be used on the
top course of masonry (no brick over). They have a flange behind the
blocks to stop them slipping forwards. I've seen them before but
cannot find it despite a google search.
Thanks,
Simon.
