Default Adjustable guttering brackets?

I need some of those adjustable guttering supports that have a semi-circular
strip with a central length of studding, which fit on a pointed galvanised
strip hammered into the wall. Couldn't find any in two local builders'
merchants or Focus, or Wickes and Screwfix sites. Any suggestions?

Try a builders merchant or a plumbing merchant. And ask for "rise and
fall irons" spikes and strups. Either 1/2 round or OG

Rise/fall brackets, about half way down the page:
http://www.bes.ltd.uk/products/135.asp

also plumbers' merchants or if your town/city is big enough you should
find more specialised ones specifically for drainage who will likely be
cheaper for these items.
