Low Energy Stick Bulbs

Tesco are selling Low Energy Stick Bulbs @ 5 for 40p. You can have any size that you want. They obviously know something that I don't.... Do you ? James They know they're crap I suspect?... Having had recent experience of Tesco CFLs |
