Saniflow toilet in lean-to
I am thinking of having a saniflow toilet / shower installed. As the
house is small, putting it inside my lean-to, which is on the back of the house, would be ideal. I have electrics, water supply and drainage in there already. Does anyone know if this is ever done or feasible ? and do building regulations or planning permission come into it ? Thanks in advance |

A couple of rickety planks nailed together is a different proposition to a brick built one. and do building regulations or planning permission come into it ? The former are likely to have several appropriate sections. The latter are unlikely to apply, unless you want to make major changes to the structure. -- David Hansen, Edinburgh I will *always* explain revoked encryption keys, unless RIP prevents me http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2000/00023--e.htm#54 |

Although gravity sewerage is preferable, at times it has to be pumped. In Ye Olden Days sewer pumping was done only at large pumping stations powered by steam engines. The point being that they were big enough to cope with the odd sanitary towel, etc. MBQ |
