I've exposed an RSJ as part of building works, and it has a slight
coating of rust. Not bad for 70 years (!), but is it worth doing anything with it to perhaps treat the rust and paint it ? I will have access to all of it except the bearing ends and the upper face. Or should I just leave it as is ? Simon. |
