i have some of the sources for old code i wrote on 5.25" media created
on various versions of *nix. I now need some of this and require to
convert one 5.2" fd to cd. does anybody in london still has one such
functioning unit and 30 minutes to spare to transfer to cd? pizza + beer
on me.

I have a 5.25" drive, but I'm nowhere near london. It's on an old 486
I never got around to throwing away. Probably because it's the only
machine that has a 5.25" drive. But I live on the other side of that
pond.

I've crossposted this to UK.d-i-y because if anyone has such, you may
well find them in there..

Or would have if I hadn't typed a comma instead of a stop..

try again.
