Cavity wall insulation
I have a 2 b/r ground floor flat in a 70s built block. My neighbour upstairs is considering C.W.I and needs to rope me in as well. Apparently grants are now available.
I assume they do it by boring & injecting under pressure. My concern is that as I have the g/floor the insulation will bridge the damp course. Any thoughts please? Also are there different grades of insulation? |

Not if it is done by people using the right materials. -- David Hansen, Edinburgh I will *always* explain revoked encryption keys, unless RIP prevents me http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2000/00023--e.htm#54 |
