Default cut in damp proof course

hi - installed new front door and noticed a small cut about 3" in the
middle of the DPC (under the door cill) a simple cut.

Door's in pace now but just wondered if there's any risk.

Mortar was placed on top of DPC for levelling frame.

thanks

You could 've chosen a better point in the procedure to ask. I'd wait
and see if any trouble arises before doing anything else
