Storage Heater Technical Information
Hi,
I have a UNIDARE WMS724N that has failed. I need a circuit schematic so that I can search out the source of the failure. I know that it has three heating elements & two thermostats. I think it unlikely that all three elements have failed so failure of one of the thermostats is high on the list. I understand that one of the thermostats protects against runaway max temperature. If anyone out there can help please email. GBS |

This has some exploded diagram's and parts lists: http://www.storageheater.co.uk/Makes/Unidare.htm Incidentally - many heaters use a generic Dimplex 850 Watt element. I got some replacements at a good price off e-bay. The thermostat may have a overheat device that might need pushing to reset it. |
