Default Estate Agent and new DIY technique

Fine & Country Estate Agents have a property ( at
http://www.fineandcountry.com/site/php/propertyDetails.php?id=251951&type=Buy&from=search )
that includes in the description
"Wynford is immaculately presented substantial detached property which has
been extended and improved by the present vendors creating a fine family
home and successful Bed & Breakfast business."

Their Kendal office has an abbreviated description under the picture in the
widow of ".......detached property which has been extended and improved by
the present vendors creating a fine family."

I think this necessitates the tried and tested uk.d-i-y technique of
going for parting the spammer from their ISP

You're doing it again - your spam detectors are on overdrive. Remember the
"fireplace literally breathes life into your room" thread? Same thing. Check
the author and their posting history, even if you can't be bothered to
deduce from the content that it's not spam. Which IMO is fairly obvious.
