Default New Building Regs Part B (Fire)

For anyone interested

has a summary

"NB: Apart from integral garage/dwellinghouses, “fire doors
need not be provided with self-closing devices”."

That will save loft conversion firms removing them all for the
next job once the BCO has signed off!
