Default flourescents making MCB buzz

New kitchen fitted, but when the lights are switched on there is a
slight buzz from either the MCB or RCD next to it, this is only since
the two little under cabinet flourescents have been fitted, they come
on with main kitchen lights and are fed off two FCU's off the light
cable from the ceiling.

Is this common?

Yes, gases exited by electricity to emit light, but are the mcb/rcd's
supposed to buzz with them ?
