The best converter audio to wma files?

DVD audio to MP3 or WAV auido format. DVD Audio Ripper Deluxe can not
only rip DVD audio chapter by chapter, but also can feel free to rip
DVD audio by custom size or time. No more multiple programs, no more
complex progress, as easy as 1-2-3.

Is it free ?

Look for "Super" - the download link is *stupidly* hard to find, but the
program itself is fantastic - will convert from just about any format
_to_ any format (including asf and wmv)

This is the official site...

www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

....but if you're not a masochist and want to get on with the download...

http://www.erightsoft.com/S7f01.html

Scroll down to the bottom to get to the download links.

To use it, simply drag and drop whatever you want converting, and select
the output format you want, and hit the "encode" button to the bottom
left.

Someone, somewhere won't be very happy with you !

Why ever not ? - its under GPL, and free to distribute etc.

One really nice touch I wasn't expecting was that it can also convert
FLV output from YouTube to whatever you want (although you'll need to
use Firefox and a plugin that allows you to choose which stream to save
to file)

See here for the Firefox plugin and FLV player (the green icon):

The OP had a little shopping cart icon associated with it IIRC
