HIP's
On You and Yours (Radio 4 today)...
Home Inspectors have been abandoning their courses, as HCR has been dropped from the HIP. Home Inspectors are still required to perform the Energy Survey part of the HIP, but there are nowhere near enough, and the current schedule for middle of next year is no longer achievable, according to the organisations backing HIPs. The government is due to make a further anouncement on HIPs later this month. -- Andrew Gabriel |
