Default HIP's

On You and Yours (Radio 4 today)...

Home Inspectors have been abandoning their courses, as HCR has been
dropped from the HIP. Home Inspectors are still required to perform
the Energy Survey part of the HIP, but there are nowhere near enough,
and the current schedule for middle of next year is no longer
achievable, according to the organisations backing HIPs.
The government is due to make a further anouncement on HIPs later
this month.

Shame. That would have been another nail in Labour's coffin.

Because the other inbred, bottom fiddling, sell off the family silver,
destroy the coal industry and burn all the gas in less than a
generation lot were just SO much better.

HIP's, like most things led by committee, with overview by the
blind/terminally stupid were doomed to failure.
