Default Oven & Hob

Have bought new oven & hob.

Manufacturer says cable should be HO5 RNF, HO5 RR-f Is this bog standard
T&E?

Manufacturer also states minimum cable size 3 x 2.5mm squared. Will this be
ample.

I have posted specs of both appliances & sketch of proposed electrical
layout to http://jacskitchen.blogspot.com/

I'd be much obliged on advice to correct layout if not suitable.

Thanks for looking.

Andy.

That layout is the same as recommended for my oven and hob, a 45 amp double
pole cooker switch connected to a connector by 6mm
squared twin and earth cable, but instead of 2.5mm squared from the
connector they recommend 4mm squared twin and
earth cable to the oven and the same to the hob.
